Building more than a game

 In Uncategorized

One of the things that really excites me about working with our game project, is the fact that we aren’t just building a game, but we are building a team that is building a game.

There are many ways that you can build a team… You can collect together a bunch of people that perform functions and knit those functions together into a final product creating many “islands” that will hopefully produce what it is you are wanting to produce… OR you can develop a family that works together to bring about their individual expressions of a shared passion!

Family: (n) a group of people who are generally not blood relations but who share common attitudes, interests, or goals

We are getting really close to kick-starting the development of our game – we have a studio we are working with to make it happen, and they are just as excited about what we are up to as we are! We thought that to help you get to know each of us a little better when we keep you posted over the coming weeks and months, we would introduce our team in the form of an interview with some questions that will help you get to know what makes us tick. You will get to meet Carl, Brook, Al, Villette, Tim, Elizabeth, Natalie and Andrew over the next wee while!

Our fantastic Concept Artist, Natalie has developed funky Steampunk portraits of each of our staff team for our walls… Check us out in this awesome pic below – Prize for those that can match each portrait with the person… 🙂
